Casey Johnson -- a member of the famously-wealthy Johnson & Johnson family -- died with approximately $75,000 in assets and with no will ... according to legal documents filed by her father, Robert Johnson IV and obtained by TMZ.
In the docs, Johnson, the owner of the New York Jets, is asking the court to appoint him Special Administrator of Casey's estate.
He says "it is necessary for him to take possession of all of the assets ... as quickly as possible to preserve her estate from damage, waste, injury and publicity."
The papers claim, "Members of the media have previously attempted to gain access to her personal effects."
Casey's mom, Nancy Sale Frey Johnson, says in a declaration she consents to Robert being appointed Special Administrator.
Also in the legal docs, Nancy says she currently has custody of Casey's daughter, Ava, and is in the process of attempting to either adopt her or become her legal guardian -- something Tila Tequila surely wants to hear.

And the award for most random celebrity at an Oscar gifting suite goes to .... Tila Tequila!
The potentially pregnant "star" -- who has never appeared in an Academy Award nominated film -- showed up to the Secret Room Events Academy Awards Style Lounge at the Intercontinental Hotel yesterday for some swag.
Free goods and free publicity -- Tila knows a good deal when she sees one.

Tila Tequila is no longer at legal war with San Diego Chargers' star Shawne Merriman ... so she is now free to focus her attention on the various other wars in her life.
We've learned Tila and Shawne have settled the lawsuits they filed against each other. Tila filed her lawsuit back in November for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress ... in other words a normal day.
Tila claimed the NFL star grabbed her, choked her, and threw her down during an alleged altercation in September.
Shawne sued Tila for intentional interference with a contract, because he claimed her allegations torpedoed a business deal he had to produce T-shirts for Walmart.
Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, just told us the lawsuits have been settled. The terms are confidential.

Tila Tequila believes something is horribly wrong with the unborn child she claims is growing inside her belly -- and now she's threatening to kill herself if she miscarries.
It all started around 8:00 AM when Tila posted the following message on her Twitter page: "I just woke up in the middle of the night cuz im having these intense sharp pains in my belly."
Several minutes later, Tila added, "Something is definitely wrong. The hospital gave me a list of symptoms & this is one of them."
Suddenly, Tila began writing several messages about suicide, claiming, "I told my friend I would just kill myself if anything ever happened."
In her latest message, Tila claims she's going to try to sleep it off ... before she hops on a 22 hour flight to Australia.

Tila Tequila made a call to paramedics last night after she fell off her chair and "dented" her head -- her words, not ours.
Since Tila tweets her every moment, she provided her own play-by-play of the accident. Tila first said she fell off her chair and "slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. theres a dent in it now!"
Shortly thereafter, Tila recalled the tragic events of Natasha Richardson (but not her name) when she tweeted: "I should call the ambulance just in case? like that one actress that died cuz she hit her head &thought she was ok but died later..pray 4 me."
Tila's next entry: "Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die ina few hours."
Tila's agent provided the final tweet of the night, saying Tila suffered a concussion and wouldn't be able to tweet any further updates. Tila was released from the hospital and returned home last night.

Tila Tequila just dodged a serious legal bullet in her epic fight with NFL star Shawne Merriman.
The judge in the lawsuit Shawne filed against Tila has set aside the default judgment against Ms. Tequila. You'll recall Shawne sued Tila, claiming she sabotaged a business deal of his by trashing him all over town. Tila didn't file an answer to Shawne's suit so the judge entered a default judgment.
But now the judge has had a change of heart, concluding Tila may not have been given notice a suit was filed ... so the default judgment has been set aside and Tila has until February 16 to answer Shawne's complaint.
Tila Tequila is also suing Shawne Merriman for assault and battery. And, Shawne is one of the few people Tila has not fingered as her baby daddy.

Tila Tequila found time between Twitter updates last night to visit the man she insinuated is her baby daddy -- The Game -- at Dr. Dre's recording studio in Burbank.
The rapper hasn't confirmed if he's responsible for the fetus in there ... and we don't blame him.

Tila Tequila just lost the first round in a ferocious legal battle with her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman -- and all because she's refusing to play defense.
It's all over a $2 million lawsuit filed by Merriman back in December, in which the San Diego Chargers star claims Tila made a series of horrific -- and untrue -- statements about him in an attempt to ruin his career.
Tila never officially responded to Merriman's suit -- so the court has entered a default judgment against her.
But the decision doesn't mean Tila has to fork over the money just yet -- she will probably move to set aside the default and duke it out in court.

Tila Tequila says she's pregnant and she's willing to confirm it -- for a price.
We've learned Tila is shopping an ultrasound around she says proves she's having a baby.
As for who the father is ... God only knows.
UPDATE: Tila tells TMZ, "I hope it's a boy but I'm not gonna find out 'cause I don't wanna know. But if it's a boy the name is Jayden. A girl - it's Violet."
She says the baby daddy is "a Swedish man - gorgeous."

Even Tila Tequila's own publicist doesn't want to deal with her anymore -- and we've learned she just quit, citing "recent events."
Jessica Cohen tells TMZ "Some matters need to remain private and away from media attention ... I realized we need to part ways while she deals with the loss of her fiancee."
Cohen's departure also means Tila's repping herself 'til she hires someone else.
This should be good.

Tila Tequila's relationship with Casey Johnson was nothing more than a publicity stunt ... this, from Casey's own mouth in the weeks before her death.
We've learned two of Casey's friends have come forward and said they each received separate calls from the late Johnson & Johnson heiress saying her relationship with Tila was "all for show." The friends say Casey told them she had met Tila only 3 days before the infamous engagement video.
The friends say Casey made it very clear ... she and Tila were not together. And here's the thing ... a friend says Tila was in the room when Casey made the calls.
Tila is now saying she wants custody of Casey's daughter. FYI, she has no legal standing to even make a case.

TMZ has obtained Casey Johnson's death certificate.
The certificate lists Casey's death as "deferred."
She's listed as an "artist" and a "HS Graduate" -- Her date of death is"1/4/2010 FND." As we first reported, Casey's body was found on January 4 ... it's unknown when she actually passed away, but we're told her body was undiscovered for several days.
Casey's cause of death is still unknown, but our sources say her frail medical condition -- including diabetes -- may have caused her death.

Casey Johnson's ex has put "Larry King Live" and CNN on notice ... Tila Tequila is not to be believed.
Jasmine Lennard's attorneys just fired off a letter to "LKL" and CNN -- warning them not to let Tila use the show "as a platform to make further false and defamatory allegations" about Lennard.
The lawyer says, among other things, Tila better not allege Jasmine has a criminal record or outstanding warrant, that Jasmine broke into Tila's home, that Jasmine is a prostitute, and that Jasmine is pregnant or has ever been pregnant.
As for "Larry King Live," Tila has told people "LKL" pulled the plug on the interview this morning. CNN had no comment.
Looks like the letter may have had a little firepower.
